Resumen: Este trabajo aborda una importante problemática de los estudiantes universitarios del Curso Diurno de Maestros Primarios en la actualidad: la calidad de la preparación histórica de los educandos. Se propone aprovechar las potencialidades que ofrece el vínculo de la Historia Local Total y la Historia Nacional en el currículo de la carrera de licenciatura en Educación Primaria, preparando al futuro egresado para su desempeño profesional en esta Educación.

HISTORY, TO TEACH AND LEARN, IN HIGHER EDUCATION
Abstract: This work addresses an important problem of the university students of the Daytime Course of Primary Teachers at present: the quality of the historical preparation of the students. It is proposed to take advantage of the potential offered by the link of Total Local History and National History in the curriculum of the undergraduate degree in Primary Education, preparing the future graduate for their professional performance in this Education.
