Resumen. Políticas Públicas y Teoría de la Relatividad, parecen dos conceptos que no se pueden reunir en un trabajo de investigación, porque devienen de áreas del conocimiento diferentes, que difícilmente imaginaríamos se pudieran tocar. Sin embargo, este trabajo de investigación pretende romper ese paradigma, ya que, mediante un análisis epistemológico, se buscará plantear la aplicación de principios básicos de la Teoría de la Relatividad (Einstein, 1915) a las Políticas Públicas, a través de la Planificación Estratégica, donde el factor tiempo y espacio cobran vital importancia.
Abstract. Public Policies and Theory of Relativity seem to be two concepts that cannot be brought together in a research work, because they come from different areas of knowledge, which we would hardly imagine could touch each other. However, this research work intends to break this paradigm, since, by means of an epistemological analysis, it will seek to propose the application of basic principles of the Theory of Relativity to Public Policies, through Strategic Planning, where the time and space factors are of vital importance.
