Resumen:
El Centro Histórico de San Luis Potosí es una amalgama con características heterogéneas, en donde múltiples y variadas dinámicas convergen en un sitio que representa el carácter identitario para la ciudad. Tal contexto invita a múltiples abordajes, en los que de manera ineludible se contempla la mirada jurídica en imbricación con la social, cuya dualidad permite reflexionar sobre un elemento que se consolida como regulador del sitio: las políticas de conservación. El presente artículo plantea las reflexiones sobre la posibilidad de proponer un tipo de acciones gubernamentales con un perfil más heterogéneo, lo cual necesariamente implica, en una primera instancia, detectar la problemática que se presenta para, posteriormente atenderla mediante propuestas integradoras, congruentes, y sinérgicas, en la realidad compleja y multifactorial característica de tales espacios centrales.

REFLECTIONS ON CONSERVATION POLICIES IN THE HISTORICAL CENTER OF SAN LUIS POTOSÍ
Abstract: The Historic Center of San Luis Potosí is place with heterogeneous characteristics, where multiple and varied dynamics converge on a site that represents the identity character for the city. The context invites multiple approaches, where the legal perspective is inescapably contemplated with the social, whose duality allows us to reflect on an element that is consolidated as a site regulator: conservation policies. The present article raises the reflections on the possibility of proposing a type of governmental actions with a more heterogeneous profile, which necessarily implies, in the first instance, to detect the problem that is presented to, then attend it through integrative, congruent, and synergistic proposals, in the complex and multifactorial reality characteristic of such central spaces.
