Resumen
La intención permanente de algunos sectores interés es determinar si el trabajo en los emprendimientos satisface o no las necesidades presentes del mercado sin afectar a las futuras y esto lo pretenden hacer mediante la práctica de una auditoría. Por ende, el propósito del presente estudio es abordar la incidencia de la auditoría en la sostenibilidad empresarial fundamentada en el factor trabajo. La indagación fue cuali-cuantitativa, con un diseño no experimental, tipo descriptiva y con un nivel documental. La micro, pequeñas y medianas empresa en el cantón Guaranda representan 969, mismas que pertenecen al sector económico popular y solidario y a partir de éste número se trabajó con 554. Para la recolección de datos se utilizó la encuesta misma que está integrada por preguntas dicotómicas y polinómicas. La auditoría si incide en los emprendimientos sostenibles fundamentados en el factor trabajo en inherencia a medir el cumplimiento de algunos elementos como: lo ético, económico, legal y filantrópico.

Abstract
The permanent intention of some sectors of interest is to determine whether or not the work in the undertakings satisfies the present needs of the market without affecting future ones, and they intend to do this through the practice of an audit. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to address the impact of the audit on business sustainability based on the work factor. The inquiry was quali-quantitative, with a non-experimental design, descriptive type and with a documentary level. The micro, small and medium-sized companies in the Guaranda canton represent 969, which belong to the popular and solidarity economic sector and from this number we worked with 554. For data collection the same survey was used, which is made up of dichotomous questions and polynomial. The audit does affect sustainable ventures based on the work factor inherently measuring compliance with some elements such as: ethical, economic, legal and philanthropic.
