RESUMEN

Es un hecho que el ser humano es un ser de costumbres y como tal, es complicado desarraigarse de las mismas. En pleno siglo XXI, uno de los factores generales que presenta una gran importancia es que todos los habitantes del planeta dispongan de conciencia medio ambiental, y se respete, pudiendo explotar actividades sin una excesiva repercusión. En la actualidad, numerosas empresas y fábricas adaptan paulatinamente la explotación, incluyendo el mantenimiento, con el fin de reducir emisiones y adecuarse a la situación mundial actual. El mantenimiento y el medio ambiente comparten que ambos no deben apreciarse como un coste sino como una inversión que a corto plazo supone ahorros económicos importantes. Entrando más al detalle, la misión de la adaptación consiste en la reducción de consumos energéticos, aumentar la calidad de los productos, reducir la cantidad de rechazos y residuos que se pueden producir, incrementar la productividad, reducir los costes globales de esta actividad productiva, disminuir los riesgos para las personas y los efectos negativos sobre el medio ambiente. El objetivo real del análisis es, en definitiva, exponer los procesos productivos, la composición del proyecto técnico de los procesos, el programa de mantenimiento, las herramientas para toma de decisiones y los costes.

DIDACTICS OF AUTOMOBILE MANUFACTURING: PRACTICAL ANALYSIS

ABSTRACT

It is a fact that the human being is a being of customs and as such, it is difficult to uproot them. In the XXI century, one of the general factors that is very important is that all the inhabitants of the planet have environmental awareness and respect themselves, being able to exploit activities without excessive repercussions. Therefore, today many companies and factories gradually adapt their operation, including maintenance, in order to reduce emissions and adapt to the current world situation. Maintenance and the environment share that both should not be seen as a cost but as an investment that in the short term implies significant economic savings. Going into more detail, the mission of adaptation consists of reducing energy consumption, increasing the quality of products, reducing the amount of rejects and waste that can be produced, increasing productivity, reducing the overall costs of this productive activity, reducing risks to people and negative effects on the environment. The real objective of the analysis is exposing the production processes, composition of the technical project of the processes, maintenance program, decision-making tools and costs.
