DELITO DE AMENAZAS: UNA POLÍTICA CRIMINAL Y DE SEGURIDAD NECESARIA PARA EL ESTADO DE MÉXICO

RESUMEN

Debido al incremento de la incidencia delictiva que se ha presentado en los últimos cinco años, tanto a nivel nacional como en cada uno de los Estados de nuestra República Mexicana, en el presente artículo se lleva a cabo un análisis jurídico para determinar la necesidad de implementar el delito de amenazas como una política criminal y política de seguridad necesarias para la protección de los habitantes en el Estado de México; toda vez que, es el único Estado de ésta República que no tiene tipificado dicho delito de amenazas en su código penal como una política pública.

CRIME OF THREATS: A NECESSARY CRIMINAL AND SECURITY POLICY FOR THE STATE OF MEXICO

ABSTRACT

Due to the increase in the crime incidence that has occurred in the last five years, both at the national level and in each of the States of our Mexican Republic, this article carries out a legal analysis to determine the need to implement the crime of threats as a criminal policy and security policy necessary for the protection of the inhabitants in the State of Mexico; since, it is the only State of this Republic that does not have the crime of threats typified in its criminal code as a public policy.
