EXPERIENCIA CURRICULAR DE LA PROPUESTA DEL DOCTORADO EN FINANZAS

RESUMEN

El ensayo tiene como objetivo presentar los avances del trabajo realizado por un grupo de profesores para el Doctorado en Finanzas, en virtud de la necesidad de formación para profesionales en estas áreas del saber, para dar respuesta a la demanda, los requerimientos o perfiles profesionales, promoviendo lineamientos para la toma de decisiones e impacto de las mismas en aras de consolidar y maximizar los recursos y operaciones de acuerdo a las normativas vigentes, con criterios de eficiencia con los recursos disponibles, realizando una planificación y evaluaciones de los diferentes procesos para la inversión. El maestrante desarrollara aspectos del ser, hacer, conocer y el convivir, de manera integral y transcompleja bajo una la línea de la reflexión que se ha logrado intercambiar en la actualización de estudios avanzados en la UNELLEZ, esto usando modelo curricular socio crítico formativo (MCSCF) de Dajerling Silva. Ahora bien, el ensayo se da para la participación en el II Congreso Internacional de Innovación Curricular, y allí dar a conocer los avances en las reflexiones en la creación del Doctorado en Finanzas socializando las realidades de cada uno de los presentes, sus experiencias tanto en el campo laboral como dando clases, el manejo del discurso a nivel socio critico que permite esa ontología de los hechos en cada reunión. El ensayo inicia con una introducción, luego se contextualiza las variables y se cierra con las reflexiones finales sobre los resultados obtenidos hasta la fecha.

CURRICULUM EXPERIENCE OF THE PROPOSAL OF THE DOCTORATE IN FINANCE

ABSTRACT

The essay aims to present the progress of the work done by a group of professors for the Doctorate in Finance, by virtue of the need for training for professionals in these areas of knowledge, to respond to the demand, professional requirements or profiles, promoting guidelines for decision-making and their impact in order to consolidate and maximize resources and operations according to current regulations, with criteria of efficiency with available resources, planning and evaluating the different processes for investment . The teacher will develop aspects of being, doing, knowing and living together, in a comprehensive trans-complex way under one line of reflection that has been exchanged in the update of advanced studies at UNELLEZ, this using formative socio-critical curriculum model (MCSCF) de Silva (2016). Now, the essay is given for participation in the II International Congress of Curricular Innovation, and there to make known the progress in the reflections of the same in the creation of the Master in Audit, where the realities of each of those present, their experiences both in the labor field and teaching, the management of discourse at the socio-critical level that allows this ontology of the facts at each meeting. The essay begins with an introduction, then contextualizes the variables and closes with the final reflections on the results obtained to date.
