RESUMEN
El objetivo del presente trabajo fue compilar un repertorio bibliográfico digital especializado en la historia de la educación en Sancti Spíritus. La metodología para la confección de repertorios bibliográficos se aplicó teniendo en cuenta la conformación de un repertorio de tipo especializado, por lo que la ordenación se realizó por materias. El corte temporal al cual se ciñe está delimitado cronológicamente en los 48 años que van desde 1970 al 2018. Para la elaboración de los asientos bibliográficos se empleó el Estilo APA 6ta Edición. Cada registro bibliográfico cuenta con sus respectivas notas y resumen de tipo indicativo-informativo. El repertorio bibliográfico compilado contiene un total de 132 referencias bibliográficas soportadas en la herramienta de software libre Calibre, de ellos 109 documentos se encuentran a texto completo. Permite el acceso a los documentos localizados en cinco centros de información de la provincia y en algunas colecciones particulares. Presenta los datos bibliográficos completos, informa al lector de su localización exacta y ofrece descripciones cualitativas del material, lo que la define como una fuente secundaria básica para el área. A partir de los resultados obtenidos con la compilación del repertorio bibliográfico se realizó el análisis de los contenidos temáticos fundamentales y el estudio del flujo documental. Para ello se utilizaron las herramientas metodológicas que brinda la bibliometría y la definición de los indicadores más factibles para este estudio. Esta investigación constituye una solución práctica a la urgente necesidad de registrar la información relacionada con la historia de la educación existente en la provincia, tanto pública como privada, que por su valor histórico constituye parte del patrimonio documental de la nación, a fin de garantizar su adecuada conservación. La presente investigación representa un primer aporte desde el punto de vista de la compilación bibliográfica para la historia de la educación en Sancti Spíritus.

ABSTRACT

A methodology for the making of bibliographic repertoires was applied taking into account the disposition of a specialized repertoire, which is why it was arranged in subjects. The timeline is enclosed in a 48- year -period that goes from 1970 to 2018. The sixth edition of the APA style was used for the preparation of the bibliography. Every bibliographic entry has its notes and summary, which are informative-indicative in nature. This bibliographic repertoire contains a total of 132 references, which are in the Calibre free software tool. One hundred and nine of these references are in full text. The repertoire grants access to documents located in five information centers in the province and in some private collections. It presents full bibliographic data; it informs the reader about its exact location and offers qualitative descriptions of the material, which defines it as a basic secondary source for the area. The results obtained from this repertoire allowed to conduct an analysis of the main thematic contents and the study of a documentary flux, which was made possible by the methodological tools bibliometry offers and the definition of the most plausible indicators for this study. This research constitutes a practical solution to the need of registering Information related to the history of public and private education in the province, which bears a historical value that is a part of the nation’s documentary patrimony, for which it is worth preserving. This research constitutes an unprecedented contribution to the bibliographic compilation for the history of education in Sancti Spiritus.
