EVALUACIÓN DE LA PLANIFICACIÓN ECONÓMICA DE LA REHABILITACIÓN MINERA EN LA EMPRESA COMANDANTE ERNESTO CHE GUEVARA (ECG).

RESUMEN

La Planificación desempeña un papel fundamental en la efectiva y eficiente distribución que garantizan el cumplimiento de la misión y demás objetivos trazados por la organización, que se viabilizan mediante una gestión armónicamente conjugado con la planificación estratégica, en cuyo proceso la planificación económica mantiene una presencia clave en la disponibilidad tanto materiales como financieros. En la presente investigación tiene como objetivo evaluar la planificación económica de la rehabilitación minera en la ECG, a partir de las legislaciones vigentes en Cuba que permita una mejor toma de decisiones. Para el desarrollo del trabajo se emplearon métodos teóricos (análisis y síntesis)  empíricos (observación directa, entrevistas no estructuradas y la revisión documental). Para llevar a cabo dicha evaluación se procedió a caracterizar la empresa y posteriormente analizar los indicadores de rehabilitación minera que permite conocer su ejecución. Como resultado se evidencio que los costos de los servicios de rehabilitación minera son menores en la Agroforestal (EMA) que los costos de los mismos por parte de la Rehabilitación Minera (REMIN). Pero la empresa Ernesto Che Guevara (ECG) si asumiera la ejecución de este servicio existiera un ahorro de $ 5.293,09.

EVALUATION OF THE ECONOMIC PLANNING OF MINING REHABILITATION IN THE COMMANDER COMPANY ERNESTO CHE GUEVARA (ECG).

ABSTRACT

Planning plays a essential role in the effective and efficient distribution that guarantees the fulfillment of the mission and other objectives set by the organization, which are made feasible through a management harmoniously combined with strategic planning, in which process economic planning maintains a key presence in both material and financial availability. The objective of this research is to evaluate the economic planning of mining rehabilitation in the ECG, based on the laws in force in Cuba that allow better decision-making. For the development of the work, empirical theoretical methods (analysis and synthesis) were used (direct observation, unstructured interviews and documentary review). In order to carry out this evaluation, the company was characterized and subsequently the mining rehabilitation indicators were analyzed that allow us to know its execution. As a result, it was evident that the costs of mining rehabilitation services are lower in the Agroforestry (EMA) than the costs of the same by the Mining Rehabilitation (REMIN). But the company Ernesto Che Guevara (ECG) if it assumed the execution of this service there would be a saving of $ 5,293.09.
