LA FORMACIÓN POSGRADUADA EN EL CENTRO UNIVERSITARIO MUNICIPAL ABREUS: REFLEXIONES DE LA PRÁCTICA

RESUMEN

En este trabajo se presentan los resultados de la educación posgraduada en el CUM Abreus, en la etapa 2017/2019, con el objetivo de analizar la pertinencia de la educación posgraduada, en el Centro Universitario Municipal Abreus (CUMA) y ejemplificar los resultados de dicha educación para los profesionales del territorio; dicho análisis toma como referentes las reflexiones teóricas de la formación permanente y la actualización de la educación posgraduada. Los resultados enmarcan el sector estatal, con mayores demandas que el sector no estatal y cuentapropista, predominando entrenamientos respecto a los cursos y conferencias respecto a los talleres, con irregularidades entre lo planificado y ejecutado, al no lograr la realización de actividades previstas; identificándose fortalezas en un claustro estable, de experiencia, predominando categorías docentes no transitorias, y alianzas con las Facultades, las debilidades se identifican en escasa cultura y motivación hacia la superación profesional, la negación de los profesionales del sector no estatal y trabajadores por cuenta propia para matricular en las modalidades de posgrado que se ofertan y no se solicitan otras para que se gestionen fuera del municipio, y la no aprobación de la solicitud de los maestros para su formación académica en la Maestría en educación en el territorio.

THE POSTGRADUATE formation IN THE UNIVERSITY MUNICIPAL CENTER ABREUS: REFLECTIONS OF PRACTICE

SUMMARY

Abreus, in the stage encounter the results of the postgraduate education in the CUM in this work 2017/2019, for the sake of examining the pertinence of the postgraduate education, downtown Municipal University Student Abreus (CUMA ) and exemplifying the results of the aforementioned education for the professionals of the territory; The aforementioned analysis takes like referent the theoretic reflections of the permanent formation and the bringing up to date of the postgraduate education. The results delimit the public sector, with bigger requests than the sector not stater and cuentapropista, predominating workouts in relation to the courses and lectures in relation to the workshops, with irregularities between it planned and executed, when not achieving the realization of foreseen activities; Providing evidence of identity fortresses at a stable, experience cloister, predominating teaching categories not transient, and alliances with the Faculties, the weaknesses provide evidence of identity in scarce culture and motivation toward the professional overcoming, the refusal of the professionals of the sector not state-owned and independent labor force to register in posgrado's modes that are  offered and another one in order that they try to obtain  themselves out of the municipality do not request  themselves, and her no approval of the request of the teachers for his academic formation in the Mastery in education at the territory.
