RESUMEN
Los municipios en Colombia, en especial los de sexta categoría, a lo largo de los años, han estado sumergidos en un conflicto armado que en la actualidad no ha tenido fin. Uno de los municipios que viven los efectos colaterales del conflicto armado, es el municipio de Algeciras, Huila, quien cuenta en la actualidad con 23.298 ocurrencias de hechos victimizantes, con un total de 19.580 víctimas reconocidas, en el cual actualmente permanecen 6.330 víctimas en el municipio y tan solo 5.766 víctimas, pueden ser sujetos de atención por parte del Estado Colombiano. Es así, que el presente artículo tiene por objetivo analizar la política pública de atención, asistencia y reparación integral a las víctimas del conflicto y su efecto en impacto a la atención de víctimas en el Municipio de Algeciras, Huila.

ABSTRACT
Over the years, Colombia's municipalities, especially those in the sixth category, have been submerged in an armed conflict that currently has no end. One of the municipalities experiencing the collateral effects of the armed conflict is the municipality of Algeciras, Huila, which currently has 23,298 occurrences of victimizing events, with a total of 19,580 recognized victims, in which 6,330 victims currently remain in the municipality and only 5,766 victims may be subject to attention by the Colombian State. Thus, the objective of this article is to analyze the public policy of attention, assistance and comprehensive reparation to the victims of the conflict and its impact on the attention of victims in the Municipality of Algeciras, Huila.
