REAFIRMANDO INTERESES DE LOS FUTUROS PERIODISTAS.

RESUMEN

Desarrollar correctamente la orientación profesional constituye una necesidad para garantizar la competencia profesional de los futuros trabajadores al insertarse en la sociedad en que viven. En este artículo los autores presentan un estudio de cómo se está llevando a cabo ese proceso de orientación profesional hacia las carreras universitarias en los preuniversitarios cubanos, el cual está centrado en la escuela y en la labor del secretario docente.  Este proceso debe permitir la relación de los estudiantes de los preuniversitarios con el futuro contexto de actuación de la profesión por la cual van a optar; esto favorecerá la reafirmación de sus intereses profesionales. En este análisis los investigadores toman como referencia los estudiantes interesados en la carrera de periodismo.

REAFFIRMING THE PROFESSIONAL INTERESTS OF FUTURE JOURNALISTS.

Abstract:

To develop the professional guidance process in a correct way is necessary to guarantee the professional guidance of future workers once they are inserted in the society where they live. In this paper the authors present a study made by them explaining how this process is being developed at Cuban high schools centered on the activities of the school and the registrar. This process should allow the relation between the students and the professional context of the future career they would like to study; this relationship will favor the reaffirmation of their professional interests. For this analysis the researchers take, as a reference, the students who want to be journalists.
