LA FORMACIÓN PROFESIONAL DE LA CARRERA DE INGENIERÍA CIVIL EN EL VÍNCULO UNIVERSIDAD- EMPRESA

RESUMEN

La formación del profesional en el vínculo universidad- empresa, constituye de forma indeleble y constante un problema de interés para la Educación Superior Cubana, a pesar de que aún se manifiestan resultados favorables respaldados en un amplio recorrido, desde el inicio de la Reforma Universitaria en el año 1962 hasta la actualidad, representado por un perfeccionamiento continuo. El trabajo demuestra el vínculo que se logra entre la universidad y la empresa mediado por la Sede Universitaria Cayo Santa María a través de la Práctica Laboral en Obra en una carrera, ofrece herramientas valiosas para un mejor desempeño laboral de los profesionales de la construcción, desde los primeros años de su formación.  En la investigación se utilizó un diseño secuencial evolutivo o contemporáneo con perspectiva de temporalidad, en estudiantes de primero hasta quinto año de la carrera, así como el análisis de los resultados de una encuesta aplicada a profesores integrantes del colectivo pedagógico que conforma la disciplina.  Como resultado se pudo constatar la contribución de la concepción asumida, al desarrollo del desempeño de las funciones inherentes a su futura profesión en los proyectos turísticos de la cayería noreste de la provincia de Villa Clara. Cuba, esto ha beneficiado el desarrollo tecnológico, el capital humano, la investigación científica, que permitirá, que una vez graduado, ponga en los más altos niveles su profesión.

THE TRAINING OF THE PROFESSIONAL OF THE CIVIL ENGINEERING CAREER IN THE UNIVERSITY-COMPANY LINK

ABSTRACT

The training of the professional in the university-company link, constitutes an indelible and constant problem of interest for Cuban Higher Education, despite the fact that favorable results are still manifested, supported by a wide path, since the beginning of the University Reform in the year 1962 to the present, represented by continuous improvement. The work demonstrates the link that is achieved between the university and the company mediated by the Cayo Santa María University Headquarters through the Work Practice in Work in a career, it offers valuable tools for a better job performance of construction professionals, from the first years of its formation. The research used an evolutionary or contemporary sequential design with a temporality perspective, in students from the first to the fifth year of the career, as well as the analysis of the results of a survey applied to teachers who are members of the pedagogical group that makes up the discipline. As a result, it was possible to verify the contribution of the assumed conception, to the development of the performance of the functions inherent to their future profession in the tourist projects of the northeast keys of the province of Villa Clara. Cuba, this has benefited technological development, human capital, scientific research, which will allow, once graduated, to put his profession at the highest levels
